This registration form is for people ages 17-24 who wish to attend a TEC weekend for the first time and adult observers 25 and older. Before filling out this form, view the TEC schedule on the dates and locations page, and note the cost of $60 per participant. If financial problems keep you from being able to pay the amount asked, contact the Spirit of St. Louis TEC Council at spiritofstlouistec@yahoo.com. There is a limited amount of scholarships available.

There are two ways to register:

1. Adult Observers (25+): Fill out the online form, then, you’re done! Or, download out the PDF application below, fill out the first page only and mail it to the address listed.
2. Candidates (17-24): Fill out the online form. Or, download the PDF application, fill it out and mail it to the address noted on the application form. In both cases, you will need to print the second page of the PDF file and give it to an adult (non-related) who knows you well. They will then have to mail it in to us as well.
